Aeroflow offer a budget friendly line of performance XPRO distributors for the popular GM Chev V8 engines. The bodies are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium and utilise a chromium manganese titanium steel gear (20CRMOTI)which is suited for use with most camshafts. These distributors are ready to run and do NOT require an externalignition box.
The 4-pin ignition module and 50,000 Volt coil are all built into the top of the distributor unit. Together these produce astout spark to light the fuel mixture for great performance.The high voltage is transferred through a new rotor to the brass terminals of the distributor cap and outto the plugs. A vacuum advanced is included with these distributors as well as a lockout to delete this option.
The distributor cap is 152mm (6") in diameter, 117mm (4-5/8") tall and sits 203mm (8") off the intake manifold. With the option of a red or black cap with machined alloy body or all black body and cap.
