First, loosen the silver cap, which is inside the bronze cap. -Once you take off the silver cap, loosen the bronze centre cap so that you will have access to the centre bore. They were very popular back in the day, and their value continues to grow due to their scarcity. No major damage, all 4 rims are in great condition for this age.
