I originally bought these with the intention of finally treating myself to a proper old-school SQL build. However, after setting up my current pair of ZR 10’s, I realised I’m more than happy with where I’ve landed… so these absolute monsters deserve to go to someone who will genuinely appreciate them properly.

If you know classic high-end car audio, you’ll already understand what these are and why they still have such a strong following.

These are not cheap modern “all marketing” subwoofers. These came from an era when Alpine built genuinely serious equipment with exceptional sound quality, control and authority.

Condition is beautiful overall. The cones, surrounds, baskets and terminals present exceptionally well and have clearly been cared for over their life. One sub does unfortunately have a small mark on the dust cap, otherwise the set presents remarkably close to new.

No abuse. No butchered installs. No nonsense.

Just a very rare opportunity to own a matching set of iconic Alpine subs in pretty stunning condition for their vintage.

Ideally I’d love to see these go to the right home… someone building something special who genuinely appreciates classic premium car audio gear.
