1993 Elddis Wisp 300/2 Caravan

This listing is for a 1993 Elddis Wisp 300/2 caravan.

We bought the caravan in 2024 for $15,000, which seemed to be a reasonable price at the time. Since then, it has served others well. It was used by our neighbor for an extended period while they were searching for a new rental property, and a friend also used it for trips to Hastings, Taupo, and other places before eventually buying a larger caravan.

We are now selling it because we are upgrading to a Motorhome.

The main attraction for us when we bought this caravan was its weight and size. It is a perfect little “hook and go” caravan, easy to tow and move around without too much hassle. The internal length is approximately 3.04 metres, with an overall length of approximately 4.52 metres.

The caravan also comes with good features. It has a more modern solar panel and a good-sized battery(apparently it was new when we bought the caravan), which powers the LED lights inside the caravan. It is also well insulated and comes with a Propex 1600 heater, making it a comfortable little caravan for cooler conditions.

It is also equipped with a three-way Electrolux fridge, along with many other useful extras that were included by the previous owner when we bought it.

Tyre place noted that the bottom of the caravan is galvanised.

Overall, this is a compact, practical, and easy-to-tow caravan with some very useful features. It would suit someone looking for an affordable smaller caravan that is simple to use and easy to manage.

The caravan has a current WOF (10/26), EWOF (09/29), Registration (03/27) and is Self contained (03/27).
