The bed arrangement are slide out where a double bed can be made up in the lounge and at the back of the caravan. The bunk bed attaches above the double bed in the back and is suitable for a child.

The shower and toilet are separate (not shower over toilet as some caravans have). Water pressure is excellent.

The caravan comes complete with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, camp chairs (4), Telstat tv/dvd, JVC stereo/CD player, microwave, awning that attaches to the outside, caravan cover and bamboo mattress covers.

There is an electric motor mover (Emove) which is amazing for moving the caravan into tight spots.

The cooker/oven and the heating can be used on gas or electric. There is a solar panel installed for short term off grid electricity.

All certificates current (will ensure new wof for buyer). Self contained with yellow certificate (campsites) but has been passed for the green certificate (off grid) if required.
