The layout for this caravan is quite rare and very practical, the front end has opposing couches with a side table with 3 drawers that extends out for small dining table, great for sitting and eating during the day then use as 2 single sleepers or convert into a queen bed at night. The beds / couches can be lifted with hydraulics and have storage space underneath.
The rear end of the caravan also has a window looking out, 2 opposing couches, a side table with 3 drawers, the couches can be used as single beds, converted to a queen bed or can be made up into 2 bunk beds, great for camping with kids. You could potentially have up to 5 sleeping here with the bunks up and the queen bed made. The rear section can be separated with a divider making into a bedroom of sorts. This was great for getting changed or when younger kids are sleeping, or having guests.

Selling on behalf of parents who no longer use it and have hardly used it since they bought it in 2022, i believe they are the 3rd owners and it is in great condition. It has been kept under a cover, which comes with it.
