The quintessential Mk1 TT — silver, 225hp, Quattro AWD, and NZ new. Timeless Bauhaus styling that still turns heads 25 years on, backed by the full-fat 225 Quattro drivetrain. Owned with genuine care and significant investment over the last 2.5 years from 137,000km.

MECHANICAL: Cambelt, Haldex filter/oil, full service on purchase and regular servicing thereafter (all work by The Engine Room, Palmerston North). Front struts, top mounts, rear control arm bushes replaced (also by The Engine Room). New tyres ~10,000km ago. Boot gas struts replaced. No boost or vacuum leaks. Car was purchased with an aftermarket exhaust and has had a new resonator fitted — original exhaust included in sale.

INTERIOR & ELECTRONICS: FIS display replaced with a quality unit from Pixelfehler, Germany — no broken LCD lines. Cluster re-calibrated via VCDS. FIS-Control computer fitted (boost gauge, diagnostics). Blend doors repaired with heat-resistant ABS/epoxy. AC re-gassed and working well. No airbag warning lights. Hazard/indicators, climate control, all console buttons fully functional. Kenwood Bluetooth radio (aluminium cover closes correctly), hands-free mic, replaced front speakers/tweeters, rear speakers working fully. OEM cup holders, leather interior (fade but no cracks), excellent cabin carpet and headliner, glovebox no flaws. Custom aluminium Quattro parcel shelf (UK import). OEM first aid kit. 2x remote FOBs + valet key. Includes original space saver tire and tools

OEM+ MODS: Door welcome lights, aluminium door trim, interior LEDs, dynamic side indicators, comfort indicators, gloss black honeycomb rear diffuser.

FLAWS: Boot floor and lid liner loose (cosmetic). Rear disc changer compartment sealed. Always garaged. Strict non-smoker. WOF to November 2026 (12-monthly as a year 2000 model).
