1951 Austin A40
Background check
This vehicle has been de-registered in the past and then registered again. The registration may have expired because the licence was not kept current or it may have been in an accident and written off by an insurance company.
Description
Classic vintage Austin A40 Devon.
Personalised plate. 4 speed floor change version. Nice old vehicle in very tidy original condition. Has reconditioned engine fitted recently (Last year). Engine was reconditioned by previous Motor Mechanic owner, maybe 10 years ago (No receipts sorry). Car drives very well and everything operates exactly as it should. Has had new battery, wheel cylinders and brake shoes for the last wof. Original crank handle, jack etc still in the boot. Has got the modified oil filter and housing fitted for easier/modern oil filter changes.
This would make a very good Sunday driver for an enthusiast, or a great mobile business promotional vehicle.
Mileage shown is in Miles not KM. Going by the excellent condition of this vehicle, we are sure the speedo is still on the first time around the clock.
There is a another complete spare car (plus $1,000.00) that is available as well.
Selling for an elderly friend - Any questions please just ask away.
