Description
1980 Austin Mini 1000. This is a classic imported model with the iconic 998cc engine and manual gearbox that these cars are known for.
It's been around the block and has had multiple previous owners in New Zealand. While it's got character and the core of a great little classic, it does need work to get it back to its best. I'm being honest about its condition - it's not a ready-to-drive car, but more of a project or restoration opportunity for someone who knows their way around older vehicles.
The Mini is a recognisable classic with a loyal following, and parts are generally still available. If you're after a weekend project or want to bring one of these iconic cars back to life, this could be a good starting point.
Feel free to get in touch if you've got any questions or want to take a look.
