1973 BMW Other 2002 Touring

Bought as a part restoration in 2019, put back on the road in mid 2020 and has done sunny weekend driving since. Kept garaged. A lovely example that is fun to drive. The work carried out included minor repairs to the drivers side floor pan, hatchback lid repaired and resprayed and rear right quarter to remove small patch of rust. All work was carried out by an expert classic car restorer. The car was resprayed in about 2015 (information from previous owner who carried out the work). Other task were the re-assembly of original trim, new carpets made from original templates and expertly fitted, and adding seatbelts to the rear. The engine has been solid with no major issues. The Engine and Chassis Numbers match.

There are original features such as the rear leather parcel shelf, the first number plate, filler cap and headlamp rear covers. All replacement parts have been imported from BMW parts companies in Germany and the UK or purchased from BMW specialists in NZ. The car's WOF has been kept up to date and serviced. Original registration documents and service book are included. Lots of receipts for parts and work done. Its time for a new project so I require the garage space.
