1977 Chevrolet C20

1977 Chevrolet C20 Custom Deluxe 350 V8, manual, factory RHD Aussie-built truck. Live reg, LPG and no current COF. Starts, runs, drives and stops.

Good honest old truck with heaps of character. Has the original style interior, factory tags, side pipes and plenty of old-school charm. Truck appears to be fairly complete and the chrome is in decent condition for its age.

As you can hear in the video it has a nice choppy idle. I suspect it may have a cam in it but cannot confirm.

Body is definitely a project and has rust in areas including the tray and lower passenger door. Chassis appears mostly surface rust from what I can see.

Key has snapped in the ignition so it currently starts using pliers/screwdriver.

Have driven it around the block. Clutch feels good, goes through all the gears fine. Brakes are out of balance and will need attention.

Factory RHD GMH/Australian-built truck, not a conversion.

I have not gone over the truck with a fine tooth comb so there may be other pros and cons I have missed.

Highly recommend inspection before bidding. Viewing in Glendene, Auckland.
