Parting ways with my 1937 Chrysler C16 Royal sedan, a classic car from the art deco era. This vintage sedan has the original 3.7-litre straight-six engine with a manual gearbox, giving you a driving feel from a bygone era. The car was built in Detroit as a RHD car for the export market, and has a tag to that effect on the firewall. It has a 3 speed gearbox with original factory overdrive. It has 79959 original miles on the clock.
It still has the original radio from 1937 fitted, and I also have the original radio aerial, which is a big steel plate that was mounted under the runningboard. I have converted the car to 12 volts. I am the second owner of this car that was driven in NZ for the first time on the 10th of November 1937. I have the original owners handbooks that came with the car. I can be contacted on 0275231542
