2013 Daihatsu Terios Sx
Description
Warning: May cause spontaneous smiling and giraffe-related conversations.
Ever dreamed of owning a car with more personality than your average SUV? Meet the 2013 Daihatsu Terios SX, the legendary wagon that’s been the backbone of Life Education Trust Central Plateau’s mission to teach kids about health, nutrition, and making great choices.
This isn’t just a car – it’s a rolling classroom hero. It’s carried our educator (and occasionally Harold the Giraffe’s head out the window) to schools all over the Central Plateau. If this car could talk, it would probably say:
“Eat your veggies, brush your teeth, and buckle up!” Harold has seen it all – from frosty mornings in National Park to sunny days in Taupo. He’s been the life of the party on every school visit, and yes, he once insisted on being the GPS voice. Every direction started with: “Stick your neck out and turn left.”
We’ve upgraded to a shiny new Mitsubishi Outlander thanks to Ingham Motor Group, so this trusty Terios is ready for its next adventure – maybe with you! The iconic Harold stickers have already been removed (we know, heartbreaking), but imagine the conversations you’ll have when you tell people, “This car used to belong to Harold the Giraffe.”
And because we know you’ll miss Harold, we’re including a large plush Harold the Giraffe with the car! He’s already been seen inspecting the engine and striking poses – because quality control matters.
Condition & Extras: Current WoF (expires 29 May 2026) 6 months from current expiry - rego included Recently serviced – next due at 243,000 km or May 2026 Includes plush Harold for backseat companionship
FAQs: Q: Does Harold come with the car? A: Yes! A large plush Harold is included – he’s already inspected the engine for you. Q: Have the stickers been removed? A: Yes, they’re already off. We know, tragic – but think of the creative freedom! Q: Any quirks? A: Other than its giraffe-related fame? None worth mentioning.
Bid now and own the car that taught the Central Plateau how to be awesome!
