$1 reserve, sadly my Son and I have had this in my "WIFE'S GARAGE" - for too long with not enough progress.

1956 Ford Fairlane Thunderbird Town Sedan with a 1971 Mustang engine and 3 speed automatic trans.

This auction for our Sexy Patina 1956 Ford Fairlane Thunder Bird Town Sedan with a Mustang V8 302 D10E 9425 AA Engine with 3SPD Automatic transmission (PEA-U2, C4 Auto trans).

Unfinished project, currently no time or space to store any longer. This was our pride and joy for years since importing from Fresno in California. Apparently importing and Vinning is difficult nowadays so grab yourself a bargain. Please do not bid if you do not have the funds.

Comes with a new VIN plate ready for compliance once car is complete. As per parts and car photos: New Shock absorbers, New Brakes, wheel cylinders and lines. New tyres. New Battery. New Drivers window to replace broken glass New Rear Tail light lenses, new indicator lenses, new window winder 6 immaculate Hub Caps with centres. New oil sump, pulley, belt, Near new alternator, coil, leads, plugs, distributor cap, fuel pump, ignition switch.

Engine ran for us a year ago during our VIN process, requires linkages for gear box and driveshaft to diff. Fuel tank has been flushed and underbody paint applied.

Seating frames are intact, requires full upholstery throughout.

Original stereo and twin horns are operating.

Inside floor and ceiling has been wire wheeled and gobbler applied to surface rust.

Easy on the questions please, we don't have a full knowledge on this model.

Rust is minimal, surface mostly or all. Rust holes in the front cross member which can be easily replaced / repaired.

Shipped from Fresno in California about 5 years ago.

We are happy to hire a car transporter if required and deliver to a nearby port or within 100km for $500 after full payment is made. Further can be arranged at an appropriate cost.
