1955 Ford Thunderbird. Outstanding body.Runs beautifully.Paint is very presentable. Imported from California in 2014. Driven very little in NZ. Car has Factory Power Steering,Brakes and Seat. Interior is off white seat.White door and kick panels etc. Carpet matches body colour. Porthole Hardtop with early style latches. Has factory toneau cover. Complete new brake system with everything replaced and drums skimmed. Original Power Brake Booster needs rebuild.Has all new hoses made.I have fitted VH 44 Booster and made new hoses etc but have not connected to system Radiator recored in the USA. The body on this car is as good as you will find and has only had a couple of small bumps and is 100% RUST FREE. Car has new exhaust. Electric wipers fitted especially made for 55-57 Thunderbirds. AM.FM radio with Blue tooth etc. Especially made for 55-57 Thunderbirds. This car drives great and is a pleasure to drive. Fantastic entry level Early Thunderbird. Sorry NO Trades however happy to work with a buyer iou have a Car to sell. Car will have new WOF when sold!!

Hi. Yes it is. I purchased the car Not Running and with a WOF that had just run out. Whoever issued the WOF for the car should be stripped of their License Authority.All of the 4 Brake Cylinders were rusted solid and the Master Cylinder was worse. The car apparently drove great??? but definitely not the case. Brakes have been totally gone through. Mechanically the car runs and drives great NOW!! The exceptional thing about this car is the bodywork an is a great buy at this price.Cheers. paul.glasson (665) • Wednesday, 24 September 2025
