This vehicle has been de-registered in the past and then registered again. The registration may have expired because the licence was not kept current or it may have been in an accident and written off by an insurance company.
Description
Good reliable, unmolested VZ SV6 ute that I have spent a lot of time and money on since owning it. Including replacing the Cam chains which is a common problem on these 3.6 allotech motors. Used quality parts from Rev High in Aussie.
Also replaced the gears and tensioners replaced oil pump, water pump, front seals, auxiliary belt at the same time.
Other work done that I can remember: Headliner replaced with new black material Driveshaft hanger bearing All 4 shock absorbers Bonnet, roof, front guard repainted (clearcoat was peeling) New tailgate Steering rack reconditioned New Starter Motor High performance Nitto Invo tyres Brake fluid, diff oil, trans fluid, coolant replaced Regular oil changes
Deck liner and rubber mat in tray
Comes with original owners manual
Not so good, Aircon doesn't blow cold, could just need re-gassing but haven't looked into it. Has plenty of cosmetic paint scraps and Stone chips as you would expect from a 20 year old work ute.
Classic Aus/NZ ute that I will be sad to see go but life moves on
