JAGUAR XJ6 SERIES 2 MOD 1977

PARTING WITH MY CAR AFTER 14yrs. ALWAYS GARAGED. UNUSED FOR 2yrs AFTER BOTH IN TANK PETROL PUMPS PACKED UP. BOTH NOW IN BOOT WELL AND WORK FINE. NEW 1yr WOF and 1yr REG .

ORIGINALLY A QUEENSLAND CAR, LAST OWNER BOUGHT AND USED in OZ FROM 1991, MOVED TO NZ IN 2005 WITH CAR .

SEATS UPHOLSTERED IN LEATHER AND NEW CARPET HE STOPPED AT THE DRIVERS SEAT SO NEITHER THIS OR FRONT DOOR CARDS WERE DONE, CONSEQUENTLY A ROUGH XJS SEAT AND FRONT DOOR CARDS ARE FITTED.

STUNNING LOOKING CAR AND GETS MUCH ATTENTION

I had rust bubble repair to front wing, this needs repainting.Roof lining is good but trim over both screens which pop off need recovering( quoted $250). Really needs front and rear windscreen rubbers first, they are hard and black stains run when wet. Water, oil and petrol gauges suddenly don’t work, few bits of trim to tidy. Had a small weld repair underneath for warrant and there has been some repairs under front and rear skirts. Sills are original and sound. No repairs to the floor. Good engine, working overdrive, original factory tinted glass all around. Good wooden dash, stainless exhaust. I got it up to warrant so sold 'AS IS' for next owner to take care of and improve, not many this beautiful around and demands attention.
