1987 Jaguar XJS

Rare opportunity to buy an original New Zealand new V12 XJS HE with a genuine 129000 km on the clock . When I started looking for a v12 ( why would you want a 6 cylinder) XJS I was told to steer clear of imported ones. Body work is rust free with good paint and chrome. Comes with factory tilt and slide sunroof a rare and expensive option. The owners handbook and factory tool kit are with the car . This car has been very well maintained with receipts for regular maintenance. I have done a number of long trips in this car and it is an absolute pleasure to drive . And surprisingly practical to drive around town it gives very little away to a modern car. Everything works as it should. Well almost everything ( it is British) only thing that doesn’t is the cruise control. Aircon works but not overly efficient ( apparently they never were ) I have enjoyed driving around with both windows and the sunroof open on these hot Tauranga days we have been having lately Car is always garaged and driven most weekends.
