This imported Lexus RX 300 is a practical family SUV that's comfortable and useful. With its 3.0-litre V6 petrol engine and auto, it has good power and is easy to use. The 4WD system helps on wet or slippery roads, making it good for Kiwi roads.

The cabin is well-designed with seating for five, with good space for passengers and a massive area in the boot. It's in good working order mechanically and has been well-maintained. Only down sides is the AC doesn’t work, roof paint is rough and there is a couple of tears on the front seat as pictured.

There is a small oil leak on sump gasket, no effect to car performance or reliability.

This one has had three New Zealand owners since being imported. It's easy to drive despite its size, with light steering, good visibility and dreamy soft suspension.
