Say hello to Sally our adorable, cosy van who is ready to take you on your next Aotearoa adventure! We’re selling our 2009 Mazda bongo brawny which has done us so well over the last 1.5 years of ownership.

She is a blue sticker certified converted bongo with 293K’s on her, and has been bulletproof with no major issues whilst we’ve had her.

We’ve taking her all over the North and South Island and we’re planning one final voyage in her before finding her a new home (she’ll be available mid March but can line up a buyer before then with a deposit).

Since we’ve owned her, we’ve insulated the roof with New Zealand wool, so she’s great even in the middle of winter. We’ve also added an air ventilation to the roof so there’s never any condensation/damp.

We haven’t made her self contained as wanted to maximise the space inside, but we got a quote for this which is approx 350 dollars.

She has a fresh WOF (until 16/09/2026) which she passed with no issues and a rego until 11/04/2026. She runs on petrol. Had a new battery put in one year ago. Brand new windscreen last month. Full service on 2/02/2026 with new four back tyres and no other major issues, brand new front tyres a year ago.
