2015 Mazda CX-5 Gsx

This one-owner 2015 Mazda CX-5 GSX 4WD is a practical family SUV that's as capable as it is easy to live with. It has been meticulously maintained and used almost exclusively for longer trips, with very little of the short urban trips that are not healthy for modern diesels.

The interior is in great condition, with the only markings of note being some shallow scratches in the boot area. The exterior is in similarly great condition overall and has recently been ceramic coated. There are a couple of scratches on the front left corner and some small marks on top of the rear bumper as shown in the photos.

Mazda's 2.2L Skyactiv diesel engine is a flexible, powerful and efficient unit, using less fuel than many SUVs of similar size - typically around 7.5L per 100km in our use. The Skyactiv diesel has, however, developed a reputation for not tolerating neglect or abuse - neither of which are a concern with this CX-5, with it being serviced every 10,000km by North Harbour Mazda, who have also completed all recall work. In preparation for sale it has also had the more expensive maintenance done that modern Japanese diesels tend to need around this mileage: The fuel injectors have been replaced, the DPF has been chemically cleaned and the intake manifold was carbon cleaned. I'm confident it's a mechanically sound vehicle that will serve the next owner well.
