Letting go of my 2023 MG ZS EV station wagon / SUV. This fully electric vehicle has been a great daily driver with its automatic transmission and zero emissions. It's an NZ new car with just one owner and has been well maintained.
The ZS EV is spacious for a compact SUV, with seating for 5 people and good boot space. It works well as a family car while being easy to drive and park, especially with the help of the reversing camera.
As a commuter car, it's been very economical - no petrol costs at all! Just charge it up at home or at a public charging station. The battery range is good for daily use and occasional longer trips. Range shows as about 267km when fully charged. These models use Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4 or LFP) batteries which are safer and have a better lifespan than other battery technologies.
