This 1936 Morris 12 is a classic piece of motoring history in need of some TLC. This NZ new vintage car features the original engine that unfortunately has a blown head gasket, spare gaskets come with the car amongst other parts, but there's a rebuilt motor with gearbox ready to install,
It's relatively fuel efficient compared to other vehicles from its era and remains compact and easy to drive by vintage standards.
The car needs work to bring it back to life, making it a good project for classic car enthusiasts. It comes fitted with a tow bar, which is an unusual addition for a vehicle of this age. The interior has seating for 4 passengers.
What makes these pre-war Morris vehicles special is their charming upright styling, separate headlamps, and steel body construction that was quite advanced for the 1930s. This Morris offers a chance to own a piece of British automotive history that continues to be popular with collectors.
