1999 Nissan Datsun

This 1999 Nissan Datsun is a reliable diesel ute that's been kept in good working order. With a 2.7-litre diesel engine, it offers the reliability and toughness these older Datsuns are known for.

The ute is Japanese imported and I'm one of just two New Zealand owners it's had. It comes with a tow bar already fitted, making it practical for towing and carrying loads. These Datsuns are known for their simple, robust engineering that makes them easier to maintain than many modern vehicles.

It's been mechanically well maintained and still runs reliably. The diesel engine is economical on fuel, and parts are generally affordable and available for these models. The paint is a bit speckled as you see in the photos. It must have had a paint job before we purchased it. We have owned it foe 15 years and has been used as a parts pick up vehicle.
