1986 Nissan Kingcab

Parting ways with "Reg" - a 1986 Nissan Kingcab ute due to selling the Lifestyle block. A classic workhorse from the era when utes were built tough. This imported model has the 2.2L petrol engine and has that distinctive boxy 80s design that's becoming harder to find these days. If you're after a no-frills, classic ute that can still handle work duties, this Kingcab could be just what you need. He's a bit unique, and according to the internet a bit of a collectors item too. Warranted and Registered for a bit longer for the new purchaser, and can give it a nice shiny tidy up for the right price. Can provide videos of him running for those out of Christchurch.

It comes fitted with a tow bar, making it good for hauling trailers or light loads. Though older, it still does the job well for everyday tasks and weekend projects, and the lack of power steering is good for a workout.

The beauty of these older Kingcabs is their simple mechanics - they're much easier to work on than modern vehicles if you like to do your own maintenance. It's got a few dents and bruises from the cattle, and has a well worn interior but a decent size tray in the back that could do with a new cover.
