Parting ways with my 1968 Pontiac Firebird. I'm the first New Zealand owner since it was imported. It's got the 5.7-litre V8 petrol engine which runs well and is in good working order. Click the video link below to view the car in action. Since the photos and videos were taken the car has been lowered 30mm in the front for a more aggressive stance.
This is a classic American muscle car that's also easy to drive day-to-day. The engine provides good power when needed. It handles exceptionally well for a car of this era and It's very reliable. It has an auto choke making it start first pop any time of the year.
The Firebird has its place in American automotive history, and this one is ready to be enjoyed by someone who appreciates what it offers. It's not a total garage queen - it's a usable classic that you can actually drive regularly.
