Magnificent 1967 Pontiac Firebird 400. Beautiful car that can go like stink with awesome handling. Featured in April 2008 NZV8 magazine (copy included in sale) after full body-off bare-metal restoration. Imported to NZ in 2007. 109,900 miles on the clock. Engine: 6555cc (400ci) Pontiac, 400HP, 9.1:1 compression, Edelbrock high rise manifold, K and N filter, 600cfm Holley (electric choke vacuum secondaries) carb, Accel electronic ignition and leads, American Autowire loom, MSD coil, , alloy radiator, electric fan. Exhaust: Flowtech headers and 2.5” Flowmaster mufflers. Driveline: TH400 with B & M shifter, 3.08:1 LSD 10-bolt diff. Suspension: KYB gas adjustable shocks, King single leaf rear springs, Energy Suspension bush kit. Brakes: BA XR6 300mm drilled and slotted rotors, VT Commodore callipers, police spec pads, stock rear drums. Wheels: Rear 17x9 with 255’s; front 17x8 with 225’s. New front tyres; excellent rear.
