The rare, lovable and charming Riley's hark back to another age of automobiles. The fancy, advanced technology packed into today's vehicles is nowhere to be seen in a car brand that stopped production in 1969.

Unfortunately, the brand was unable to carve out a significant space in the market at the time. However, the well designed series of saloons and Mini-esque hatchbacks have since garnered a positive reputation amongst car enthusiasts. Many collectors are now keeping an eye for out some of the most classic, desirable models.

As such, you'll find just a few Riley's listed on TradeMe at any one time, but those in good condition tend to fetch a good price.
