Up for sale is my trusty 2013 Toyota GT86. 6-speed manual model and NZ new with two owners, me being the 2nd owner
Originally bought in April 2024 from previous owner in Christchurch who was a retired dentist and owned it since new in 2013.
This car is very special to me and was very well maintained, which is shown by the service records kept by me and provided from the previous owner. Has never been tracked and remains in great shape. Originally intended to keep the car for as long as poissble. However, life circumstances has changed and the realistic option for me is to sell the car
Everything is stock down to the original headunit. No engine, suspension or aesthetic mods. Only 'mod' was the addition of a front and rear dashcam
This is the GT NZ new spec, which was the highest spec available apart from the TRD. Features:
- Keyless entry. Comes with two keys.
- Digital gauge
- Heated seats (wow!)
- Alcantara & leather seats
- Aircon fully works!
Key maintenace carried out in my ownership:
- 6 monthly oil changes.
- New battery since March 2025
- Coolant replaced at Pacific Toyota at May 2025
- New clutch, throwout bearing and transmission fluid at July 2025
- Serviced at Pacific Toyota
- Repaint of roof and C section (both sides) to fix up major stone chips
Previous owner also got the car serviced at Rangiora Toyota, which is evident by the service logbook. Also have digital service records dating back to 2016
The valve recall was carried out in late 2019.
There are some minor paint chips on the front bumper and hood. Also a minor dent on the left side of the trunk, which I was made aware from the previous owner (she reversed into a bush at some point)
Truly a special car and has never given me any real trouble. If I had a choice, I would have continued to drive this car. Hopeful next owner will look after the car and love it as much as I do
Can potentially drive the car to Christchurch if someone there buys the car
