2004 Toyota Ist
Description
Looking for a practical, honest, and reliable hatchback to get you from A to B without breaking the bank, this 2004 Toyota Ist is exactly what you need. I have owned this car since July 2021, and it has been a fantastic. Approximately 240,000km on the clock, it still has that classic Toyota reliability that just keeps on going.
This car is incredibly fuel-efficient. It is the perfect size for city driving and easy parking, yet it feels surprisingly spacious once you’re inside. Whether you are navigating traffic or squeezing into tight spots, it’s a very user-friendly vehicle.
Being a 2004 model, the body does show some typical wear and tear and general aging. While the car still drives well and has never given any major issues, there is a small sound or noise coming from the vehicle lately. This has not affected the car’s performance or reliability during my time with it, but I welcome buyers to come and perform their own inspection prior to bidding or buying. It is a solid, honest car that would suit someone looking for an affordable runabout who doesn’t mind a bit of character.
Overall, it's a hard-working car. Its a great match for a student, a delivery driver, or anyone needing an affordable second vehicle. I am only selling it now to give someone else the chance to make use of its practical nature as we have upgraded to a New Car. If you are looking for an affordable entry into a fuel-efficient vehicle and don’t mind a car with a bit of history, this listing is definitely worth your time. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to arrange a time to visit and inspect the car yourself. Happy bidding!
Questions & Answers
Hi there. Would you accept a buy now offer and what price would you be after? Thanks stephawgraham (11 • 4:16 pm, Wed, 7 Jan )Hi there, thanks for your interest! Because this is a $1 Reserve auction and the reserve has already been met, Trade Me’s rules mean I can no longer add a 'Buy Now' or accept a separate offer. The car will definitely be sold to the highest bidder when the auction ends. Your best bet is to place a bid or an 'Auto-bid' for the maximum amount you're willing to pay. Good luck! Cheers. zahmed1 (49 • Wednesday, 7 January 2026 )When does the WOF and rego run out please? Does it have any significant rust? Thankyou. ayejay1 (314 • 2:11 pm, Thu, 8 Jan )
