Toyota MR-S (MR2 Spyder) – 1.8L 1ZZ | 5-Speed Manual

Up for sale is a Toyota MR-S (also known as the MR2 Spyder) — a lightweight, mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive roadster that exists purely because Toyota wanted to have fun. No turbos, no gimmicks, just balance and vibes.

WOF & REGO: No WOF and no rego. This is a project / enthusiast car and is priced accordingly.

Condition (important, please read): This is not a tidy daily driver and it is not pretending to be one. It will come with a clean and a firm handshake.

The soft top was removed as it was damaged before I bought the car. Bring a trailer, bring a plan, or bring optimism.

The good stuff: Perfect base for a restoration, track build, or weekend toy. The MR-S chassis is well known for its balance and handling, and with the right setup this could be an absolute weapon. Mid-engine layout means it does exactly what you tell it to, sometimes faster than you expect.

The honest stuff: No roof. No WOF. No rego. This is not a “hop in and drive home” situation. Buy it because you know what it is, not because you think it’s cheap transport.

Trades: I am open to trades. Specifically after a Smart fortwo 450, kei car, or something small, unique, and a bit derpy. Bonus points if people ask “what is that?”. The trade vehicle must have dual airbags (non-negotiable — the wife worries).
