1996 Toyota Surf Ssr X

Relisted as the winner of my last auction has said he will not complete. Starts easily, idles evenly and runs very smoothly at all speeds. All trans functions work as they should. Engine does not smoke running, a tiny bit for a few seconds on cold start but always easy and smooth.. Uses no oil or water. A/C works. Tyres ok, about half or 2/3 worn. Interior near mint considering milage, small tear in drivers seat, good carpets. Bodywork and paint original, faded but solid, never repaired. No structural rust. Twin battery model. Overall I would say at least average and there have never been any bumps or bodywork or structural repairs and always passes inspections for WOFs and any work needed is done. Sunroof does not work and is sealed. Comes with extra set of wheels with similar tyres tyres and steel load barrier that bolts behind the rear seat. Cambelt was replaced 25/3/22 at 300841km Same owner last 16 years and 2 other local owners before that. Always well maintained by Puketapu Motors. Recent work includes axle seals and suspension bushes. If you want a timewarp classic or a base to build a mean offroader, this is great value. Reason for selling is we have moved to Taradale from a rural property so no longer need this vehicle.
