2003 Volkswagen Golf

A great example of a Volkswagen Golf, a 2003 NZ new hatchback that's been well-regarded for its build quality and reliability. I'm the second owner, and it's been a dependable car throughout my ownership.

Update: 16/04/2026 Two New front tires, still has plenty of tread on the back two.

This one has the 2.0-litre petrol engine paired with an auto, making it easy to drive around town or on longer trips. The compact size is practical for city parking and manoeuvring, while still offering decent space inside for passengers and gear. It's a 5-seater that handles everyday driving well.

Being NZ new with two owners, it has a verifiable history here. The engine size provides good performance without being too thirsty, and I've found it to be fuel efficient for what it is. It's been reliable and hasn't given me any issues at all.
