The first time we went to your site on the northshore the guy was not interested in showing my wife and I any vehicle . So we went to penrose and found a car . The person we saw was very helpful . We came back in a couple of days later and got and paid for the vehicle in full and insurance. Not even week later the heater fan inside the car stopped working I phoned up to get this looked at I was told in a email from yous telling me to use my mechanical insurance to get it fixed . But by law and commas commission you had to fix it . You guys in onehunga siad that you had fixs it . For the first couple of days it worked and then it stopped working . Every now and again it works but makes alot of noise and then it stops again . I have try to get in contact with someone to get this fixed again via email and phoning i have left a message for someone to get a hold of me . And I am still waiting . It feels like this company is ghosting me . So I will wait a little longer for someone to get contact with me if not i will be get in touch with the commerce commission to get sorted .
