Trade-in Process

The entire process was a breeze. Jass responded to my trade-in enquiry and was fair with pricing. I visited Merlion Group once to view the car that I wanted to purchase. It was presented well and I was trusted to test drive the vehicle by myself. I always prefer test driving on my own so that I can thoroughly inspect the vehicle without a salesman distracting me from any concerns I might find. The finance process was all done digitally and was approved quickly. The overall process was simple and smooth.
