Hi Shea, firstly we are disappointed that you wouldn't bring this simple misunderstanding up with us in a quick phone call or email, rather than just going all out and giving us a 1-star review. I have tried to contact you about this review, but no response from your end. As you can see with all our other customer reviews, we pride our self on our honesty and customer service. Your review is definitely not fair, the vehicle HASN’T been in any accidents, it had some light stone chipping on some panels from the previous owner, and we decided to repaint for the new owner. It was a very popular vehicle at the time of sale, so we offered to you, as you enquired first, if you wanted to purchase. We explained we couldn't hold the vehicle for you, as we had other customers wanting to purchase, but we wanted to give you first option. Which was a fair thing to do from our side. We even offered our free delivery service to you to Christchurch to save you 2 hours of driving. The fuel situation was a simple mistake and again, if you had contacted us/ mentioned this at the time of collection this could have easily been resolved.
