Communications done in a timely manner, if I couldn't contact the agent I was dealing with another was put in that person's place who was fully aware of my purchase details. I will definitely recommend Turners as an easy option for vehicle purchase. Only one complaint a question was asked in regards i.e. dents and sscratches etc response that there was none. On pick up of vehicle found multiple large stone chips and in particular light you can see where the decals from previous owners were on side of vehicle, leaving what I hope is glue residue. If I had known this I would have possibly negotiated price but I am grateful that the car was transported to Christchurch free of charge.
