Both my husband and I were really happy with the customer service and product knowledge from the salesman who served us. He was patient and actively listening to our needs and what he could offer to convince us that this Toyota C-HR is the right choice for our investment. Sadly, my experience with the Finance side offered by the Business Manager was not as expected while we dealt with the salesman prior to this stage. I remembered I had given a compliment about how great the salesman's service was, but the manager brushed me off and said, "We are all working hard here." He then offered me insurance, which I didn't need; however, my experience was that all his interest was to get money from me! Can you pleade pass my compliment to Anthony? Thank you so much! Rosie
