I had a very disappointing experience buying my 2013 Toyota Prius from Mr Motors Group. From the beginning, the car had an annoying noise coming from the boot, which clearly should have been identified before selling it. On top of that, there was a visible hook on the ceiling near the front seat that they somehow “didn’t notice.” It really makes you question how thoroughly the vehicle was inspected before being sold. After I reported the issues, I was told to book an appointment with their service station. The earliest slot I could get was a week later, meaning I was stuck with a faulty car that I didn’t feel comfortable driving. That’s completely unacceptable for something that should have been resolved before delivery. When I finally went to the service station, the experience got even worse. The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in listening to my concerns. I was simply told to leave the car there—no explanation, no proper communication, and no basic customer care. To make matters worse, there was no mention in their email that I would need to arrange my own transport back home, and they didn’t offer a courtesy car either. For a business selling vehicles, this level of service is shocking. Overall, the lack of quality control, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service make this one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying a car from Mr Motors Group.

I recently purchased a Toyota Crown from you, and overall I had a good experience. The process was smooth and the staff were helpful and cooperative. They explained everything clearly and made the purchase easy for me. The car was in good condition as described, and I’m satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate the support and communication throughout the process. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to provide a bit more detail during the final handover.
