Please rest assured that we have made every effort to ensure your car reached the transporter as quickly as possible. We delivered the vehicle to the transporter on Thursday, 12th December after payment was received on Tuesday 10th December, to expedite the process as their next CBD collection was scheduled two days later. Regarding delivery, the transporter’s policy requires a business address or an address on a main arterial road due to the size and height of their double-deck trucks. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Additionally, December is an extremely busy time for logistics providers, which may have contributed to delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. Please know that we treat all our customers equally, regardless of gender, and we are committed to providing a positive experience.
