Coventry Cars

We weren’t offered a trade in of our car, but we did ask if that was an option, and we did trade our car in. Our experience was great. The only thing I noticed, was that when you listed the car we traded in, it showed on the website as marked down, when it had only just been listed. Made me wonder if the marked down Leaf that we bought for $15,995.00 was actually marked down or if that is just a marketing ploy. The insurance company recommended insuring it for the price it was marked down from, ($17,995.00). I’m wondering now if I have over insured it.

Shane was fantastic, we were his first customer of the day, on a Saturday! It was a fast and easy transaction. We didn't want to buy a car, and were hesitant with an EV, but he was honest and walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us a great deal within our budget. It was a bit difficult to find parking but we're not local, so made it work.

Taylor was friendly, helpful. We enjoyed taking the car for a drive, I was keen. Didn't ask much. Had done enough research to build confidence anyway.
