Our experience buying via your website and by phone was generally fine. My only complaint is that we were given to expect a delivery time for the car of “1 to 2 days” and this turned into more than a week. The problems with this were the poor information before the sale and the fact we were left waiting after paying with no update: I had to call you to find out where our car was. After handing over $18k, a phone call to explain the delivery delay would have gone down well.
