Excellent service, very responsive to questions. Made things easy as I had to wait for bank loan to be approved, but signed things digitally to kick things off. Txt prompts can be a bit much (I was organising over email and phone, but still getting txts about coming to look at car, which I had already arranged), you also have to pay to reply to the txts which isn't great if you're on pre-pay like I am. So apart from the txt things, service was great!
