GVI Electric

My experience with GVI was really positive. I dealt with Gleb and Danny. Gleb was amazing to deal with as he explained things very efficiently and simply. He subject knowledge was excellent and his customer service was brilliant, he used initiative when showing my two cars for comparison and it made my decision much easier and satisfying. I really liked the fact that he gave me the facts in a balanced way and I never felt that he was trying to 'push' me to make a choice. HE IS A REAL ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. I also dealt with Danny who was quick and efficient and easy to deal with. I have never had to organise finance before when buying a car, but it was a painless process. However, I did find some parts of the process a little unclear and confusing, but that might just be me. I would have liked the final figures more clearly laid out visually. I did have confidence in Danny's ability in his area. Overall, I would definitely go back to GVI for my next vehicle purchase as the service and quality of the vehicles is excellent. GVI really know electric cars and were super helpful from start to finish. I have even called my sales person a few weeks after purchase to ask some more questions and they were more than happy to help. Have already recommended GVI to others.
