GVI Electric

My experience with GVI was a bit of a mixed bag- when I walked in nobody seemed to be able to find my viewing booking and everyone seemed a bit confused. It wasn’t a great first impression. However after the test drive and going through the sales process , things were smoother. The negotiation was pleasant, I paid a deposit and the car was ready to be picked up within 4 days. Overall a good experience, tempered a bit by my initial first impression.

Daff was outstanding, so grate full for him and what he did to help.

I have already told friends and others the customer experience offered was very, very good. The process was smooth throughout from selection of the vehicle through to paying for it and driving away. The vehicle was a surprise purchase for my daughter as she has a handicapped daughter and has only driven vans with the mobility decks for tying down the wheel chair for the past 20 years. If you could have seen her when I gave her the keys to the car … well let’s just say it was brilliant. Tears, laughter, more tears, big hugs. She sends me a report every week saying how brilliant the Mini is. Thank you very, very much for the service and the vehicle. Cheers, Grant
