I found you online, I knew exactly what I was looking for so didn't need the sales skills you would need for some customers. your staff were all helpful, my questions were answered on line and I decided to look at 2 one in another dealership. At the dealership I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. I was offered a coffee or water. was, I was a little disappointed that you had no tea. On collection your staff were aware of my time concerns so the had over was quick so I could get away. The only gripe in the service, was the sales staff were all about money! my car had just been written off, I showed the staff that I was getting a payout and had arranged a small loan from my sister as your company won't deal with under $5000, while that init self was not a problem I did feel pushed with a holding deposit and there was no way I could come up with $100O, When i sold cars a few years ago now our Ccompany would have held a car for 24 hour on $100, I was at the point that I would've, gone to the other dealer if it had carried on. the only thing that stopped me was the thought if driving out to Henderson. The only other thing was the stereo, I'm Ok with a Japanese system, but it didn't have bluetooth or a USB socket to plug into.

It was really good and I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Nothing but good to say.
