Richard was very obliging and understanding. Richard was able to compromise with the situation, I was in, due to arranging the relevant finance options and willing to accept a trade in. Upon verbal approval I had the option to take the vehicle away and get it checked for a prepurchase inspecting for additional reassurance. He was trusting and polite and had a friendly mannerism. Which made the purchasing of the new car real pleasure.
