Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor communication and delayed responses. I was initially told the car would be ready on Monday, but I did not receive it until Wednesday, with limited communication around the delay. I had to go through the sales agent and then the manager just to get updates on when things would actually happen. This made the process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I believe the experience would have been much better if I had been able to communicate directly with James throughout the process. Clearer and more timely communication would have made a big difference.

Great all round service

I am extremely happy with the service. Special thanks to Lazar. He was amazing throughout and answered all my questions. When I came to pick up car, Kavish entertained me well as well. Overall great experience
