I have lodged a claim at Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal 24 March 2025, after purchasing a car from Mr Morors on 11 March 2025 and it dying 2 days later. I have been 11 days now with no vehicle, no offer of a loan car, and they won’t refund my $22,000, even tho I requested to cancel the S&P contract within 5 working days of signing, which was after the car broke down. A really stressful and awful experience. I waited this long to mention this publicly, as I had hoped after my numerous attempts to seek a resolution with Mr Motors, this would be a last resort.
