Vehicle was not groomed well, tyre shine was applied to bumpers, tyres, and interior mats. Areas that were not cleaned or not cleaned well: Windscreen - inside Steering wheel Indicator stalk - make up on it still (I do not wear make up) Gear lever - again has make up on it Centre console - crumbs, dirt, dust etc Pockets on seats - crumbs, dirt, dust etc Really not what I expected coming from a car yard, I have sold vehicles privately that are one million times cleaner When my health condition allows me to I will be cleaning interior myself as I do not trust your “groomers” to do the job Also it was very lucky that my husband checked the water and oil before I went to Whitianga as there was no water in the reservoir (apparently the service was done, this is part of a full service), window washer bottle was also empty; this should also be a part of the service I do need to bring car back in to get the drivers window fixed, I would appreciate if it is done promptly, really not happy overall with the experience of purchasing this vehicle so far. I have purchased from car yards previously and I am normally well taken care of considering I am a cash buyer, I am disappointed in this purchase One more thing, the vehicle is still on trade me!

Nice friendly guys, not pushy

Very good service and professional from Salesperson. Didn't feel pressured to make a decision felt comfortable dealing with them. A plus was you weren't mobbed as soon as you walked into the yard.
